The rule
A new workspace starts with every email waiting for a person. Once a person has approved 10 emails exactly as Revnox wrote them, and your mail is not bouncing, Revnox sends on its own from then on. The owner is told in the app and by email when it starts.
It covers the campaigns Revnox fills by itself: the ones a play's autopilot adds contacts to, and the ones the one press set up. A campaign you build yourself keeps asking until an owner or admin switches on Send without review on its page.
Even when it sends on its own, an email that fails a check, or one written from fit alone with no signal behind it, still waits for a person.
What counts towards the 10
An email counts when a person approves it as it was written, in Held outreach or with Approve all. One you rejected and had written again does not count, and neither does one later found to say something its research does not back. The setup page shows how far you are, such as 6 of 10.
What stops it
Revnox stops sending on its own, and every email waits for your approval again, when more than 2 in every 100 emails bounce. Until 20 have gone out, 3 bounces stop it.
Every campaign that was sending without review goes back on review, and an email the rule had approved that has not gone out returns to the queue. The owner is told why. It does not switch itself back on: an owner or admin does that on the setup page once the addresses are fixed, and Revnox checks the mail again first.
Turning review back on
On the setup page, switch Sends on its own off. Every email of every campaign waits for your approval again, and Revnox does not start sending on its own until an owner or admin switches it back on. Anyone who can work in the workspace can turn review back on, because stopping is never the risky direction.
Turning review back on for one campaign, on its own page, puts that campaign back on review and stops Revnox from switching any campaign to sending on its own.
During the first 10, the setup page offers Keep approving every email instead, which keeps every email waiting until an owner or admin decides otherwise.
A workspace made before this rule
A workspace that existed before the rule keeps every email waiting. Pressing Set it all up switches the rule on, and the setup page offers it as a switch to an owner or admin.
