Cookie Policy

Last updated Version 2026-10-10

This page lists every cookie Revnox sets, and why.

1. In short

Revnox uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third party sets cookies through our pages. Because strictly necessary cookies do not need consent, we do not show a cookie banner.

2. The cookies we set

  • Session cookie: keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in, readable only by our server and not by scripts on the page, and removed when you sign out or after 24 hours at most.
  • Sign-in security cookie: protects sign-in against requests forged by other websites. Set on your first visit to any page, because the sign-in protection runs on every page, and removed when you close your browser.
  • Return address cookie: remembers which page to take you back to after you sign in. Also set on your first visit to any page, and removed when you close your browser.

3. Settings kept in your browser

Inside the app, some of your choices are kept in your browser's own storage so they are still there next time: light or dark theme, whether the sidebar is collapsed, which table columns you show, saved filters, tips you have dismissed, and a draft of feedback you have not sent yet. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Emails sent through the service

Messages that customers send through Revnox are plain text. They contain no tracking pixels and set no cookies.

5. Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, the public pages still work, but you will not be able to sign in.

6. Changes

If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before setting it. The Privacy Policy covers the rest of how we handle personal data.
