Outbound
you can check.

Revnox watches your market for the moments that make a company buyable: funding, hiring, a stack change. It researches the account behind each one and drafts the first touch from that research.

The Revnox home screen: hot accounts ranked by score, signals from the last 24 hours, and the workspace counters.

See what others can’t.

Most of your market is not buying this quarter. A few of them just changed that, and they left a trace.

Signals

Every buying signal, ranked.

Funding, hiring, intent, expansion, activity. Each one scored, and each one keeps its source.

The signal feed: buying signals with their category, strength and source, newest first.

Account dossier

Research with its sources attached.

Beside each claim, the signal it came from. Where there is no signal behind a line, the dossier says the model wrote it.

An account dossier: pain points with the signals they came from, and a sources panel naming what was unsourced.

Live ranking

Signals stack into patterns.

Funding plus three SDR roles reads differently than either alone. Revnox scores the combination and puts the account at the top.

Signal to researched account to drafted message.

Phase 1 / 5

See your pipeline at a glance.

Recent signals, hot accounts, active campaigns and reply rate. Refreshed every thirty seconds.

The Revnox home screen: hot accounts ranked by score, signals from the last 24 hours, and the workspace counters.

Product screens show a demo workspace with fictional companies.

A lead timeline: every message sent, what it was based on, and when.

The message

Not a template. Not mail merge.

Each touch is written from that account’s own dossier and kept on the lead, and every send records the research it used, or says it had none.

Volume burns. Signal compounds.

Fewer emails, aimed at the accounts already moving, and every number here traceable to something you can open.

2.9× higher, top performers

Reply rates from Instantly, Cold Email Benchmark Report 2026: billions of interactions across thousands of workspaces. Platform-wide average 3.43%; top performers clear 10%. Cited August 2026. Both reply rates above are that report’s, not ours: the second is what its best senders reach, and Revnox has not sent enough mail to have a rate of its own to show you. Volume figures are a 1,000/day sequencer against a 10/day signal-anchored cadence.

The volume playbook

Every one of those was a guess.

Burned domain reputation

Your mail lands in spam, and the domain is what pays for it.

Wasted sales hours

Hours of personalisation, spent on people who were never going to buy this quarter.

Poisoned market

A mid-market niche has a few hundred real buyers. Spraying it burns the ones who were not ready yet.

Where it sits

It runs on your mailbox and your keys.

No new address to warm. No credits you cannot see the bottom of.

Your mailbox

Connect Google, or point it at an SMTP and IMAP host with your own ports. Replies come back into the campaign that earned them.

Your enrichment keys

Hunter and Apollo. Run on ours during the beta, or put your own key in and hold the spend and the rate limits yourself.

Slack

A workflow step can raise its notification in the app or in a channel. Nothing is mailed to a prospect by it.

The API

Issue a key from Settings and read the same accounts, leads and signals the screens read.

Your sequencer

Export to CSV, or straight into an Instantly-ready import file, and send the drafts from wherever you already send.

Your inbox, read back

Replies are detected over IMAP from the mailbox you connected and classified, which is what stops the cadence.

The short list

Four things it refuses to do.

It will not sell you a list.

Import your own people by CSV whenever you want to. What Revnox will not do is hand you a database it bought: accounts arrive because something happened at them.

It will not send on your behalf.

A workspace starts unarmed, and every step in that state records the message and sends nothing. Arming it is a decision you make in Settings.

It will not pretend to have a source.

A line the research does not back is marked as the model's own, on the dossier, where you can see it before you send it.

It will not charge you for watching.

Seats are unlimited. Bring the whole team in to read the book; the price is the size of the book, not the number of people looking at it.

Pay for signals. Not seats full of nothing.

Priced on the size of the book you watch, never on how many people open it. Seats are unlimited on every plan.

Before you ask

The awkward questions.

Does it email anyone before I say so?

No. A workspace starts with sending off, and campaigns in that state record the message they would have sent and send nothing. The campaigns screen says so across the top until you arm it.

What happens when someone replies?

Their cadence stops. The reply is recorded against the enrolment, and the remaining steps for that person do not run.

Whose enrichment credits does it spend?

Ours, while the beta runs. Add your own Hunter or Apollo key and the spend and the rate limits become yours.

What if a buyer wants out?

They are suppressed, and the suppression is checked at send time rather than at import. A lead on that list is held even if a later import brings them back.

What if I want out?

Delete the workspace and its rows go with it. The check that proves this reads the table list out of the schema, so a table added next month is covered the day it exists.

Nothing sends until you turn it on.

Signals land, research runs and drafts are written from the day you join. Sending stays off until a workspace arms it.
