Refund Policy

1. Your first purchase of a plan

The first time you buy a paid plan, monthly or yearly, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment. No questions asked, and you do not have to give a reason.

When we refund it, the plan ends and your Workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.

2. Renewals

A plan renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Renewal payments are not refunded, monthly or yearly, and we do not refund part of a period. If you do not want the next period, cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by writing to nikola@revnox.io, and a plan you pay for by card also with Manage billing on the Plan page of your Workspace settings.

• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Nothing more is charged.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• When that period ends, your Workspace moves to the Free plan and your data is kept.

4. Credit packs

• A pack you have not used any credits from is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of buying it.
• Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is not refunded.

5. Charges in error and outages

If we charged you in error, or the Service was unavailable for reasons on our side for a large part of a period, write to us and we will refund what is fair, whatever the rules above say.

6. How to ask for a refund

Write to nikola@revnox.io from the email address of your account, and tell us which payment you want refunded.

If you paid by card, you can also ask through the order receipt email you received, or on the account page of our payment reseller that the receipt links to.

7. How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the original payment method. A card payment is refunded by our payment reseller, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Prices are exclusive of taxes. Any tax collected on a payment, such as VAT, is refunded with it.

8. Who processes card payments

When you pay by card, the order is conducted by our online payment reseller, FastSpring, which is the merchant of record for it and handles the card payment, the invoice and any refund. The charge on your statement and the refund both come from FastSpring.

9. This policy and the Terms

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service, which sets out the same rules in short. Nothing in it limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
