What happens after a reply
When a prospect answers, Revnox reads the reply and prepares an answer on their lead page, written in your voice from what you saved about yourself in your sender profile, and from nothing else. What it does depends on the reply:
- Interest: a yes, tell me more or let's talk gets a short answer that books the call. It accepts a time they named if your calendar shows it free, offers free times, gives your booking link, or says you will confirm. Without a booking link of your own, it offers your booking page.
- Questions: price, how it works or we already use something is answered only from your saved facts. A question it cannot answer from there comes to you with a suggested reply instead.
- A no or not now: one polite line closes it, and the sequence stops. Nobody else at that company is written to until the date they named, or for 90 days when they named none. You can set those days from 30 to 365.
- A booked meeting: when a meeting with a lead turns up in your connected calendar, or a booking confirmation or calendar invitation naming them arrives in your mailbox, Revnox stops writing to everyone at that company and tells you who and when, with a link to the research brief. A booking confirmation is never answered.
It never answers an automatic reply or an out-of-office, never offers a time nobody checked, and answers a thread at most once a day on its own.
The trust phase
In a new workspace the answers wait for you at first. Each one sits on the lead's page until you send it, change it or set it aside. Once you have sent 10 in a row without changing a word, replies go on their own. Changing one or setting one aside starts the count again. The Replies card under Settings > Workspace shows the count.
Once replies send on their own
An answer goes 15 minutes after it is written, or after the delay you choose, from 5 to 120 minutes, and only on a weekday from 08:00 to 18:00 on the prospect's clock. Until then the lead page counts down with a Cancel button, and editing the answer stops it. It is not sent if the lead wrote again or anyone wrote to them in the meantime, if they opted out, or if campaign sending is switched off. The lead's timeline marks it Sent automatically.
Switching it off
On the Replies card:
- Hand everything to me sends every reply to you, whatever else is switched on. Nothing is answered, closed or stopped on its own.
- Each kind of reply has its own switch, so you can, for example, answer questions yourself and let Revnox close the declines.
- Send prepared replies automatically switches the sending itself on or off.
An owner or admin changes these.
When a reply complains
A reply that calls your email spam, threatens a report or a lawyer, asks how you got the address, tells you to stop writing or swears switches automatic replies off for the whole workspace. The owner and every admin get an email quoting it, and the card says why. Read it, and switch automatic replies back on when you are ready.
