The weekly report

The Monday email of what Revnox did for your workspace the week before, the same card on Home, what it counts, and how to switch the email off.

On this page

What it is

Every Monday morning the workspace owner gets an email, What Revnox did for you this week. Home shows the same card, so the email and the app never disagree.

When it comes

On Monday from 08:00 in your workspace's time zone, or when your quiet hours end if they run later. It covers the seven days before. A quiet week is sent too, with the reason it was quiet, because hearing nothing reads as nothing happening.

It goes to a workspace that has work running: an ICP that finds companies, or a campaign.

What it says

  • The companies and people found, with up to three of the best companies and why each was found.
  • The emails written and the emails sent.
  • The people who replied, by what they said, and the meetings booked.
  • How many emails wait for your approval and how many replies wait for an answer, right now.
  • Each campaign's week, with which signal and which step the replies came from.
  • Why a part of the week did nothing, when one did, and what happens next week without anybody pressing anything.
  • Your one next step, with the button that does it: for example connect a mailbox, answer the replies that wait, or approve the drafts.

It counts outcomes only, never what the work cost.

Switching it off

Open Settings > Notifications and find Weekly report. It has its own switch, so turning email alerts off above it does not stop the report. An owner or admin can change it.

Paste your website and see who to call first.
