What it is
Every workspace has its own booking page, a private link where a prospect picks a free time and books a call in one step. When a prospect says yes and you have no booking link of your own, the answer Revnox prepares offers this page. A booking link you saved yourself always comes first, and the page stays ready if you remove it.
It is there from the start, with sensible defaults, so there is nothing to set up before it works.
Where to find it
Open Settings > Workspace and find the card Your booking page. It shows your link, which you can copy and share anywhere. A link in an answer Revnox wrote also fills in the prospect's name on the page.
What you can set
An owner or admin can change:
- Offer this page in replies: off, an answer without a booking link of your own offers no link.
- Meeting title: what the prospect reads on the page and in the calendar invite. It starts as an intro call with your company's name.
- When you take calls: the days, the hours and your time zone. It starts Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, in the time zone of your connected calendar, else of your business address. Times outside these hours are never offered.
- Meeting length: 15 or 30 minutes.
- Break between calls: up to 60 minutes kept free around every call.
- How far ahead: from 1 to 60 days, 14 to start with.
- Keep busy times free: times your connected calendar shows as busy are not offered. Only when you are busy is read, never what your events say.
The first time offered is always at least two hours away.
When someone books
The prospect sees your free times on their own clock and types their name, email and company. Two people pressing the same time cannot both have it. Both of you get an email with a calendar invite, and the prospect's email has a link to move or cancel the call.
When the booking is with a lead, the meeting goes on their page, their sequence stops, and the booking appears under the bell. The card lists your next calls booked there.
