Setting everything up in one press

What the one press after sign-up sets up from your website: your ICP, watchlists, plays and their campaigns, when sending starts, and how to switch it off.

The one press

After you confirm your email address, Revnox asks for two things: your website, filled in when it already knows it, and your business address. Then you press Set it all up. It takes up to a minute. If you came from a website preview, the preview's website is already filled in.

Your workspace is named after your website, and you can rename it in Settings. Set it up myself below the button takes you through the same parts one at a time instead.

What it sets up

  • Your ICP: who you sell to, read from your website. Accounts are scored against it, and new companies that match it are found for you.
  • Watchlists: the companies and the news to watch, checked daily.
  • Two or three plays: each writes to the right people when something happens at their company, such as a funding round or a new leader. Each play opens a campaign of its own.
  • Contacts on their own: each play adds up to 5 contacts a day to its campaign, people whose verified address Revnox already holds at a company that matches. You can raise or lower each play's daily limit on its page.

Afterwards the setup page shows everything it made, as it is now.

When sending starts

The press is your decision to send. The campaigns start on their own as soon as two things are true: a mailbox is connected and its domain passes its check, and the campaign has a contact to write to. Until then they wait as drafts, and the setup page says what each one is waiting for.

Every email ends with your business address, as the law on commercial email requires. If you left it empty, the setup page asks for it, and saving it starts the campaigns that were waiting for it.

Your first 10 emails wait for your approval in Held outreach. Once you approve 10 without changing them, Revnox sends on its own. Sending on its own explains that rule and how to turn review back on.

On the Free plan

The Free plan has no mailbox, so nothing is sent and the campaigns stay drafts. The plays still add contacts to them, ready for a plan that sends, and the setup page names that plan instead of asking you to connect a mailbox.

Switching it off

The setup page has one switch, Automation. Off stops every play from adding contacts and pauses every watchlist it made, and keeps them all. Anyone who can work in the workspace can switch it off; switching it back on is for an owner or admin, and asks first. Each play also has its own switch and daily limit.

Only an owner or admin can press Set it all up, and pressing it again changes nothing. The sample workspace is never set up this way.

Paste your website and see who to call first.

No sign-up. Nothing is sent to anyone.
