Creating your account

Getting access

Revnox is in closed beta, so there is no sign-up form to fill in yet. Go to revnox.io/request-access and write to the address it shows. Say who you sell to, roughly how many accounts you want watched, and whether you already run outbound. You get a workspace invite.

Accept your invite

Open the link in your invite email. If you don't have an account yet, it takes you to the sign-up form with your email already filled in. Enter your name and a password of at least 8 characters, type the password again, and click Create account. You join the workspace that invited you, and you are not asked to verify your email.

Setting up a workspace

Your invite brings you into a workspace that already exists. To start another one, open Settings > Workspace and click Create workspace; if you can't, the page says why. Revnox asks for two things, and asks the same of anyone who signs in without a workspace:

  • Workspace name and Workspace URL: usually your company's name
  • Your ICP: pick one of the templates or describe your ideal customer in your own words. Accounts are scored against it
  • Complete your profile

Open Settings > Profile to change your name. Your email address can't be changed there.

    Invite teammates

Open Settings > Members and enter each teammate's email address under Invite teammates. Owners and admins can send invites. Each teammate receives an invite email and joins your workspace when they sign up through it.

    Roles available:
    • Owner: everything an admin can do, and the only role that manages billing
    • Admin: manages members, email accounts, enrichment keys, signal weights and workspace settings. Only the owner manages billing
    • Member: can create and manage campaigns, watchlists, and leads
    • Viewer: read-only access to all data (useful for managers reviewing pipeline)

    Next steps

The setup checklist on your dashboard walks you through six steps:

  • define your ICP
  • wire an enrichment key
  • create a watchlist
  • your first signal
  • launch your first campaign
  • your first reply
  • Creating your account
