This walkthrough takes you from a blank campaign to your first emails sent.
Open Campaigns and click New campaign. Under Basics, give it a clear name like "Series A SaaS, March 2026". Naming by segment and month lets you compare campaigns over time.
Also under Basics, pick the Email account the campaign sends from. One mailbox sends every email in the campaign. If none is connected yet, an admin or the owner connects one under Settings > Email accounts; the Gmail, Outlook, and Custom SMTP setup guides walk through it.
Under Add Leads, search your workspace's leads by name, email or company and pick who the campaign goes to. You can skip this and add them later with Add leads on the campaign's page. To bring in new leads, click Import on the Leads page first.
Revnox doesn't look up missing email addresses when a campaign launches. A lead without a usable address isn't mailed.
Under Sequence, click Add email for each email and Add wait for the days between them. A simple starter sequence:
Write an email yourself and it's sent as written, with {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{company}}, {{title}} and {{sender_name}} filled in for each lead. A lead with no value for a field you used isn't sent that email. Leave an email's body empty and Revnox writes it for each lead when it's due, from the account's research when there is some.
Sending is paced by the campaign's daily limit and the mailbox's, whichever is lower, and by your workspace's cap. Leads are spread over up to 12 minutes so the mailbox doesn't send to them all at once. Per-campaign sending hours aren't supported yet.
Revnox records each reply on the lead's activity timeline. Reply detection explains what each kind of reply does.
