When an account turns hot, has a contact with a verified address and matches one of your plays, Revnox can write the play's first message for you, citing the signal. The draft waits in the approval queue. Nothing is sent until a person approves it, and an account whose research says to wait is left alone.
It is off until you switch it on. An owner or admin turns it on under Settings > Workspace, in the card called First messages for hot accounts, and sets a daily limit on how many drafts it may write.
Open Held outreach, where the approval queue lists every message waiting for a person. Read each one and approve or reject it. Approve all approves, in one step, every draft that passes the same checks a message must pass to go out. A draft that fails a check, or that was written from fit alone with no signal behind it, stays in the queue with the reason written beside it. Before anything is approved the screen tells you how many will go and how many stay. Only an owner or admin can approve in bulk. An approved message goes out within minutes, once sending is switched on for your workspace and every send rule is met.
A play can also name a campaign. With Autopilot switched on for that play, a hot account's verified contact is added to the campaign by itself, instead of only getting a draft. It is off until an owner or admin switches it on, it adds at most ten contacts a day per play, and it never adds the same person twice. A contact who unsubscribed, is held, or is already in a campaign is skipped, and the play page lists today's additions with the reason for each skip.
Whether a person reads each message first is the campaign's own setting. On the campaign page an owner or admin can switch on Send without review: a message that passes every check then goes out without waiting in the queue, through the same send rules as an approved one. A message that fails a check, or was written from fit alone, still waits for a person. Switching it off puts every unsent message back in the queue at once.
