Why a mailbox
Revnox sends from your own address, so replies come back to you and to the campaign that earned them. An owner or admin connects mailboxes, and your plan sets how many. The Free plan has none.
Connect it
- Open Settings > Email accounts and click Add account.
- Type the address you send from. The account you approve has to be this one: a different address is refused.
- Click Connect Google or Connect Microsoft. You approve with your provider and come straight back. No password is typed in Revnox, and no server names are needed.
A button that is greyed out says connecting that way is not available yet. Until it is, use Other provider.
Other provider
Other provider connects any other mailbox with its server settings and an app password. Pick your provider from the list to fill in the usual settings, or type them yourself: the outgoing server for sending and, for reply detection, the incoming one. Then click Save & Test. The step-by-step guides for an app password, for SMTP sign-in and for any mail server cover the details.Microsoft 365 mailboxes no longer accept a password from other apps, so they connect with Connect Microsoft.
Your daily limit
Each mailbox sends at most its daily limit, 50 unless you change it, from 1 to 500. Switch on Enable warmup sequence for a new address and it sends 5 a day at first, rising by 5 every two days until it reaches your limit. The mailbox's card shows today's count against the limit that applies.
The domain check
Before a mailbox can send, Revnox checks the domain of its address: SPF, DMARC and the mail servers must be in place, and DKIM is checked where it can be found. The mailbox's card shows the result, what to add when something is missing, and Check domain or Check again. An address at a free email service cannot send campaigns, because nobody can vouch for that domain but the service: connect an address at a domain you own.
Campaigns the one press set up start on their own once a mailbox passes this check.
