Connecting your calendar

What it is for

Revnox reads your calendar, read-only, so a prepared reply can offer times you are free and a booked meeting is noticed. It never writes to your calendar. Each person connects their own, because the times a reply offers are that person's.

Connect it with its private link

Open Settings > Calendar and paste your calendar's private iCal link. Where to find it:

  • Google Calendar: on a computer, open the gear, then Settings. Under Settings for my calendars, click your calendar. In Integrate calendar, copy Secret address in iCal format.
  • Outlook or Microsoft 365: in Outlook on the web, open Settings, then Calendar, then Shared calendars. Under Publish a calendar, pick your calendar and Can view all details, publish it and copy the ICS link.
• Apple iCloud: turn on Public Calendar in the sharing options and copy the link.

The screen shows the same steps next to the field. The link is a secret: once saved, Revnox shows only the host it points to, never the link itself. Where your workspace offers a one-click sign-in for your calendar provider, the screen shows that button as well.

Your working hours

Set the days and hours you take meetings on the same screen, and replies offer times only inside them.
