Sub-processors

Running the product means sending data to companies that do part of the work. This is all of them, what each one receives, and whether it receives anything today. It includes the ones that currently receive nothing, because a name on a configuration file is worth knowing about even when no data has reached it.

Read from the production call log and the deployment's own configuration on 2026-10-05. Read from the production call log and the production collection log (collector_quota_runs) by bin/subprocessor-drift.mjs, and from the deployment's own configuration. The AI recipients are not a fixed list: OpenRouter chooses an upstream per call. CORRECTED 2026-10-05: three entries published a status that production contradicted -- GNews and TheirStack said they were not receiving data while they were, and Proxycurl said so throughout a month in which it received 5,472 requests. Nothing checked those sentences, because the drift tool compared the two lists' membership and the AI call counts, and a status is neither.

WhoWhat they receiveToday
OpenRouteropenrouter.aiAccount and signal context for dossiers, lead scoring, reply classification and generated copy. It routes each call onward to a model provider, so the companies below receive the same data through it.Active
OpenAIThe same account and signal context, as the model OpenRouter is asked for on the higher-quality tier.Active
Microsoft AzureThe same data. The higher-quality model is served by OpenAI and Azure only, so Azure is a live recipient of dossier and research prompts.Active
DeepSeek, and whichever upstream OpenRouter picksNamed individuals rather than anonymous context: full name, email address, LinkedIn URL, job title, employer, company domain, industry, company size and the buying-signal text, on the cheaper scoring tier. OpenRouter serves this model from 28 upstream providers and chooses one per call; three measured calls landed on Baidu, Inceptron and DeepInfra. The recipient is therefore not a fixed list, and our call log cannot say which upstream served any given call.Active
Anthropic, Claude on AWS, Amazon Bedrock, GoogleThe same data, as OpenRouter's upstreams for the Claude model. Not currently reached. That model has not been requested since 2026-08-23, and reverting one configuration value restores it.
Anthropic (direct)The same data, if the model provider is switched back to Anthropic directly. Not currently used. The key is retained as the rollback path, and it received every AI call made before 2026-08-25.
Hunter, ApolloNames, company domains and email addresses, for contact enrichment. These run on the API keys you supply.Active
Dropcontactdropcontact.comNothing since 2026-10-03, when it was removed from the product. It previously received names, company domains and email addresses for contact enrichment, on 3 occasions in total.Removed. The integration was deleted and any stored key for it was erased.
MillionVerifierA prospect's email address, for deliverability verification.Active
ResendRecipient addresses for transactional email we send you, such as sign-in and verification messages.Active
NewsAPICompany names, in search queries.Active
GNewsgnews.ioCompany names and industries as search terms, to find news coverage of the companies in your book. MEASURED 2026-10-04 on production: 27 collection runs and 81 requests, the most recent at 23:00. It became the only news provider that day, and this entry said it was not receiving data until that was measured.Active
TheirStacktheirstack.comCompany domains, to find job postings published on boards this product cannot read directly. MEASURED 2026-10-04: 128 company domains from the production book were sent during the measurement that decided whether to use it, before any scheduled collection ran. Who sent them does not change who received them, so this entry does not wait for the deploy.Active
Hacker News (Algolia)Prospect company names, in search queries.Active, no account required
LeverProspect company identifiers, to read their public job board.Active, no account required
GreenhouseProspect company identifiers, to read their public job board.Active, no account required
The prospect's own web serverA request from our infrastructure for their public homepage, to detect the technology they use.Active, no account required
SlackNotification content, for workspaces that connect it.Per workspace. Nothing is sent unless you connect a Slack workspace yourself.
Your own mailbox providerOutbound message content, over the SMTP and IMAP details you configure.Active
ProxycurlNothing now. It received company domains, to look up headcount and executive changes, sent to nubela.co. AT LEAST 5,472 requests. The collection log is PRUNED ON WRITE by a retention window, so this is a floor and not a total: 5,472 across 1,858 runs was measured on 2026-10-05, the same query returned 4,100 across 1,357 hours later as older rows aged out, and the figure is now frozen because the pruner only runs when a collector writes and this one never will again. The collector produced ZERO signals in its entire life. This row is kept in the past tense rather than removed: a person whose data was sent somewhere is owed that fact after the vendor goes.Removed. The integration was deleted on 2026-10-05 and nothing in the product calls it. It received at least 5,472 requests between 2026-09-03 and 2026-10-03.
BuiltWithNothing. A key is configured, and no part of the product has ever made a request to it.Not receiving data
Crunchbase, RedditNothing. No keys are set.Not receiving data
StripeBilling identity, once billing is switched on.Not active. Billing is off.

Data is held on a single EU server. The processors above are not all in the EU, and the row naming OpenRouter's upstreams is the one to read carefully if that matters to you: the recipient there is chosen per call and is not a fixed list. Ask and you will get the current position in writing: nikola@stealtharic.com.
